paynes1 I was packing up the yellow shabby apple dress to ship and noticed a small what looks like an ink pen mark on the back. I have no idea how this got there since I've never worn the dress. I am trying right now to clean it. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

paynes1 @hbumgardner I'll refund ASAP. I washed it spot cleaner twice and it wouldn't come out. idk what it is, since like I said it's never been worn. I'm going to take it to the cleaners and see if they can get it out. If it does come out, would you like for me to message you?

When I was pressing your black tie-neck shirt today I somehow put a tiny hole in the neck tie portion with the iron (you would think I would know how to avoid that after ironing for years! )
