shelbartek @bilyanab sorry for the confusion. I do not know what customer service did but seems to be some sort of error. Today they emailed me that they provided you with your earnings and I should not send item back.

fionatl09 @shelbartek You’re right, you should have asked about a box for the Hoka shoes as they were not listed as NIB. So you ruin a sellers 5 star🌟rating over your lack of communication when you’re purchasing an item used at $100 off retail. Not to mention the thank you note sent with your purchase👎makes me think you’re just wanting to resell. I don’t store my shoes in boxes, but instead in my shoe closet 🤷🏻‍♀️enjoy!!
