@ziggaboo Ok so hit the change delivery option setting or contact usps, as stated, I cannot do anything after already sending it out with the label that poshmark sent me…. I don’t know what you expect me to do. The way this system works is by generating automatic shipping labels, as a seller the only time I see your info is after the purchase when I receive a label from the sale.

@ziggaboo All I can say is, I hand delivered this to the post office, received a receipt of shipment, and also was notified by poshmark that my item was shipped. What else would you like me to do?🤍 I’ve done my best. Have a good night.

@ziggaboo And if you would like a refund, contact poshmark support. Pretty sure all packages are insured as well, so as I told you before, I’m sure that by contacting USPS with the tracking number and by providing them with the info of the sale someone will be able to reimburse you. Sorry you did not receive your item! This has never happened before in my two years of poshing!

Hi this is Sandra bjork, I just received your items. They’ve great except the jeans are too small... darn. I can’t tell how I’ve been trying to find a pair that fit. The last ones I bought were too big so I figured a 27 would be perfect. Unfortunately not. Every designer has their own size. But they’re fabulous. I’m having trouble finding you on my page. Because I bought a new phone and it didn’t transfer over my accounts. But I’ll keep trying.

I have had over 100 happy buyers of the necklace and for some reason, you are dissatisfied. I’ve offered to replace 2 times, but unfortunately I cannot reimburse for a product I have already sent out that was in mint, brand new condition within my possession.
