Hello, I’m sorry you believe your shirt I sent smells like cigarettes. However nobody in my household smokes, the shirt was stored away in a container, and washed before shipping. I’m not saying you are wrong, but I don’t understand how that happened.

I have all 5 star ratings on other apps, and this is the first I’m hearing feedback like this. I will try to do even better about triple checking things before sending.
