2cherish Hailey, I see that you counter offered 12.00. If you would be willing to pay 14.00 for the shoes, you can get reduced shipping of 4.99. Which brings us to a meeting place. If this works for you, jus message me back. I need to officially lower the price and then you need to buy them quickly in order to get the reduced shopping rate.
