knonchalant Thank you for your purchase. I shipped the sneakers out today. I noticed some pen ink on the sole when I was shipping it off today. soap and water should get it out. Just wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks again!

ilovemwc1 @knonchalant there’s quite a bit of ink on that shoe...frankly I would like to ship it back to you. I don’t think I can remove it. Additionally the toes of the shoes look a bit dirty...not sure if it was due to not be wrapped up for shipping.

knonchalant @ilovemwc1 sorry about the ink I'm not even sure how and when that happened. Didn't see it until I was mailing it. As far as the front of the shoe is concerned, not sure what you are referring to. These are brand new never worn. Can you send a picture of the dirty area you're talking about

ilovemwc1 @knonchalant the tips of the shoes just look like when anything white has been places in a cardboard box, ya know? But frankly with the ink stain, I would just like to return them as I don’t believe I can remove the stain.
