ibgypsy Hi, I am sorry you did not like the necklace. If you would like to return I would gladly accept a return and can offer a refund. The item shipped was exactly the same the item I photographed. Both the chain and charm are 14k gold filled and the chain measures 18” I am not sure what the issue is, or why you gave me 2 stars, but I would like to do what I can to fix it so please let me know.
