jude1123 @halaatwi Contact Poshmark customer support immediately. Be completely honest. There are a lot of scammers - buyers and sellers. She probably knew she was your first customer and may be trying to take advantage of your inexperience.

jude1123 @halaatwi My second customer tried to scam me. She said I sent the right dress but in the wrong size. I contacted customer service and told them that I'd had the same dress in only two sizes and neither was the size she claimed I'd sent. I also told Poshmark to give her a refund because I didn't want my second review to be a bad one (three stars) saying that I sent the wrong item. I don't know if she received a refund, but Poshmark did release the funds to me.

jude1123 @halaatwi You know what you sold and you know that if the order is over five pounds you need to upgrade your shipping label. It most likely won't get to the point where you would have to contact the USPS to get the exact weight of the package, but I think you should get a good estimate of the weight and suggest in your communication with Poshmark that they request that information from the post office. I'm sure they have people who deal with the USPS on a fairly regular basis.

jude1123 @halaatwi Poshmark may take a while to get back to you. Don't let that worry you - they're going to do their best to straighten this out, and that could take some time. Whatever you do, don't engage with the buyer in any negative ways. To the buyer Posh mark and you are customer service. Be very polite and explain that you've contacted Poshmark - you don't need to say anything to the buyer except to say you told Poshmark what had happened and you asked them to assist you in resolving this.
