hailscraw @sparkleandgrace hi! I need some help.... a posher asked me to cancel her order. She ordered a watched from my closet, she said she didn't notice the defect on the watch that was pictured, until now when she zoomed in. How do I do that? Am I obligated to do this? What's the posh standard ?

sparkleandgrace @hailscraw Okay, if the defect was stated in the listing it is completely up to you if you want to cancel. If it is a different defect that was not stated in the listing then Poshmark will more than likely let her send back the item and give her a refund. With that said, How you Vance a item on your part: go to the bottom right of your home page (click), scroll down until you see my sales, then you will click on the order of the watch.

sparkleandgrace @hailscraw After doing so, down at the bottom you will see "problems & order inquiries" (click) you have the option to cancel the order from there. Make sure that you only do this every so often or it will hurt your Poshmark stats. Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any more questions!😊

hailscraw @sparkleandgrace so the defect was not stated, but it was clearly visible in the photo. Does that still count ? I don't want to damage my credibility on Poshmark, but also don't want this customer rating me poorly.

sparkleandgrace @hailscraw Okay, if the defect was not described in the listing then Poshmark will allow her to send it back and get a refund. I would suggest canceling the order and updating the listing with the description describing the defect. You would be surprised at how many people are still going to be interested. Some mistakenly don't read the listing either. This way you are protected as a seller when you list all details and flaws when selling if there are any.

sparkleandgrace @hailscraw Hi, sometimes sales will come in spirts and then you will have times when it’s really slow. When this happens you need to make sure you are sharing your items and sharing others items as well. When u share others they will share back and their followers will see your listings too. This helps getting your items shown a lot more. I hope this helps.
