rrhaefner @hlytte I am profoundly sorry I did not take note of the scratches I honestly did not see them. They had been and out of the case several time which could account for scratches. I may have inadvertently scratched when cleaning with a plain cloth. Nontheless I am very very sorry. I would have noted that if I had seen them which I did not. By no means was I trying to depict a defective product
