fpdress Hi, I noticed you were unhappy with the quality of the item I shipped. I'm sorry to hear that. I can assure you that any piling is simply due to washing-- this dress has only been worn once. Let me know if you have any thoughts on how I can rectify this situation for you. I don't know if Poshmark allows for further discounts after purchase? I'd be happy to take $5 off the price though if so.
