haleyrowan @user47138510486 I don’t have a tracking number because they still haven’t scanned the jeans. Have you gotten them yet?! My other things I shipped the same day, the orders got cancelled by posh bc it thinks I didn’t ship 🙄 but I’ve already shipped them

haleyrowan @user47138510486 I have no idea what’s going on. I own a boutique and ship items every day and I haven’t had this issue. I did email posh though and they said they have you your money back and they paid me bc it’s their policy. They are probably lost in the mail somewhere and who knows when you’ll get them but they are out there somewhere 🙄

Just to see if it’s a simple computer update that they need to do? Haha I’d call, but they’d wonder why someone out of town was inquiring 🤪😂 We shall get through this!! 🥰

haleyrowan @user47138510486 so they weren’t able to tell me anything besides due to covid and the holidays, they have been very backed up and they don’t always scan packages until they are delivered. That’s the only scan they absolutely have to do.

haleyrowan @user47138510486 I got an email from posh today that the order was cancelled but I emailed them back saying it was shipped, just isn’t scanning. They will probably do the same thing they did with my other packages. Refund you and pay me. But you’ll still get your package at some point is USPS can ever get it together 🙄

denim_heaven @haleyrowan In my opinion, I think Poshmark cancels purchases that are “awaiting shipping” too quickly. They need a middle ground option on this site where we can work with buyers/sellers to both mark some status that says “in progress,” or something. But I’m not worried in our case because you’ve been so diligent to work with me and make sure I’m updated! 💕 Thank you so much for that by the way!

I’ve called stores about certain sizes, and they’re always like “oh, we have inseams for taller ladies on the skinny side, you won’t be disappointed.” Then I walk in, tell them it’s me who called, and they look at me like “oh, you weren’t kidding.” 🤣🤣

denim_heaven @haleyrowan They’ve manually entered the tracking number and marked them as shipped, which means they may have forgotten about the box until you asked about it 😂😬😑 I may try to call if they aren’t updating the progress sometime next week, since they should be progressing through the system by then. We shall see what they do 🤣
