cleered Hi, you bought the boys buckle jeans from me and I noticed you still haven’t received it. Tracking says it is still on the way buts it’s been awhile. Sometimes if you will track it and sign up for notifications it will start moving. I am so sorry you should have already received these. Hopefully it will get there soon. Let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks

cleered @haleyforrest807 I emailed them and got an automated answer that it could take 24 hours for them to respond, but I will definitely get back with you. I always ship within 2-3 days. This is entirely too long for this package to still be sitting somewhere and all tracking says is it’s on the way to the next facility. As soon as I get a answer what to do I will get back with you. Thanks for being so patient.

cleered Ok they replied and said that the Post Office was experiencing delays and if it hasn’t updated by the 3Rd to email them again. Well that is tomorrow🤷‍♀️. So I guess I will contact them again tomorrow.

cleered @haleyforrest807 just got an email. They said package has quit tracking and is propably lost. They should have refunded your money. Please let me know if they did and again I am sorry this happened. I just wonder where those brand new jeans are 🤷‍♀️
