ladyjvintage I saw your comment on your sweater purchase, but the sweater is severely shrunk from XL and it would be misleading to have labeled it as that. For a vintage oversized sweater, the sizing M-L is appropriate. It would never fit on someone who is XL, in fact my friend wanted it but it didn't fit them. I'm a S and through it fit nicely. If you are looking for a more tight-fitting vintage sweater, then you should go for ones that are XS-S.
