lorawilliams Hey, I just looked back at the large bundle that I sent to you on Jan 3. The shipping status looks like it keeps attempting to be delivered to you. What are your thoughts? Should I ask the Posh team for support so you can receive your items?

halieclark91 @lorawilliams I'm not sure what is going on with it. When I look at the tracking info it says there's been a delay and it is to be departed that day then it isn't delivered and each time I check the tracking it keeps saying the same thing but the delivery date changes.

lorawilliams @halieclark91 Posh Support responded by saying that if the package does not have an update by 1/18, they will look into. I'll let you know when I hear more.

halieclark91 I called my local post office at 9am this morning the tracking showed that they had left a notice at my home (which they didn't)they said my mail carrier has the package with her right now,I'm not sure if she's just not wanting to drive down my long driveway or what her issue is but they said I should be able to pick it up from the post office tomorrow since she is not delivering it to my home.

halieclark91 @lorawilliams they are closing schools and everything tomorrow for a winter weather advisory (Florida folks freak out about a little snow lol) so I'm not sure if the post office will stay open for me to pick it up tomorrow or not but either way I'll have it picked up by Thursday 😊

halieclark91 @lorawilliams I received the package today. There was another label on the bottom of the box for delivery to your address so it confused the postal service, the postmaster said they were unsure about which label to follow which is why it took so long to be delivered 😊
