I wish I could delete my last comment, I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t know the procedure...she did leave positive feedback so I don’t think she knew the process. Once you receive an item you’re supposed to make sure you received what you expected and if you’re happy with your purchase you must accept the purchase before Posh will release the payment.

Hello! I mailed out the umbrella two days ago but they wrapped it in the back for me because they didn’t have the right size boxes at the post office (I live in a small town so it’s limited supplies around here haha). But sorry they didn’t wrap it all pretty! But it’s on its way to you! Enjoy
