elyssaangerame I wish I could delete my last comment, I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t know the procedure...she did leave positive feedback so I don’t think she knew the process. Once you receive an item you’re supposed to make sure you received what you expected and if you’re happy with your purchase you must accept the purchase before Posh will release the payment.
