I still have to use tape on the outside, but not on the inner wrap. It makes it easier to recycle my already recycled packaging. What’s your latest way to affect positive changes?

halle_luya @tm428 Hi! I love that. My process is similar, trying to rethink everything I do, I guess. It does allow us to use our creativity doesn't it? Most things I do are not new. I'm trying to figure out natural ways to deal with bugs lol. I don't like to kill them so I heard they might take a hike if you leave out coffee grinds. Still buying organic, although I'm not sure if there is such a thing as truly organic coffee. Lol

tm428 @halle_luya if you are talking bugs in the house, try wiping areas down with vinegar or a light swipe of lemon essential oil. Careful with essential oils though, they can damage things. I relocate any spiders I get inside with a telescopic wool duster, works really well. Outside bugs belong there. 🐜 Happy Poshing to you! Thanks for being one of the good earth stewards. We need as many as we can get.

halle_luya @tm428 Ooh! Great tips, thank you! I tend to leave a spider or two, after making sure it's not a dangerous one. They sit on the ceiling, are tiny and don't really ever bother us. I have some tiny ants. I really like ants so I don't actually mind them and I put any plates with food up on platforms so they can't get to the food. There are not many bugs but my hubby had to get re-educated and get used to just allowing them to live their lives instead of calling someone to spray some poison.

halle_luya I'm also glad that he is crazy about dr. Praeger's vegan 'cheeze' burgers I make and he never even eats meat anymore. I would not mind it if he did eat some wild fish or what not, but he hasn't even craved any of it. We have good friends who own vegan restaurants and he seems to be completely converted from one extreme to the other, just because he loves the food so much. One restaurant is by an Italian family and they just are the best!

halle_luya I lived in places with more dangerous things around, so I guess I don't mind the little ants. I watch them and my friend said they eat small, invisible things so they make it cleaner. I clean everything with biodegradable cleaner and vinegar but they seem to like the vinegar somehow. I'm trying to understand their behaviors, it's strange. I'm learning to compost now.
