khughes77 @hwiseley hello- I received your feedback on the purchase and wanted to apologize for your Dissatisfaction. I certainly didn't intend to rip you off. I thought I had posted pictures of all of the wear on the shoes along with a description of the wear and didn't notice anything beyond scuffing on the inner part of a heel. I do this for fun. so by all means if there is an item you'd like in my closet except for the maxi dress, and I would be happy to give it to you free of charge.

hwiseley @khughes77 Thank you for the offer. I will pass, thank you, but I will update my review slightly. It really is very important to describe items carefully. Like I said, I would probably have bought the shoes even with an accurate description, but it was a bit of a shock to see the gouges on the heel, etc. Thank you for trying to resolve this (some people just ignore negative reviews, so kudos). hwiseley @reginaw1 Thank you for your interest! Before the 15% off bundle discount it is $48 (including the $3 necklace). After the discount it is $40.80. I could mark an item down by $5 which would bring the total to $36.55. Would that be acceptable?

hwiseley @reginaw1 Oh, I forgot to ask which lipstick you are interested in. I have "red," "raisinberry," and "apricot glaze" available. If you are unsure, I think red or raisinberry would look especially great on you. Apricot glaze would be nice, too, but very subtle. :-) (I can also sell you now than one by making a second listing).

hwiseley @allipoda10 I’m really sorry, but returns aren’t possible with Poshmark unless something was misrepresented by the seller. I’m sorry if they fit a little small; I couldn’t have known that because they aren’t my size. Your best bet is to try to reposh them. 😕
