1sarabi @trkuntz you can download the label from your newsfeed. There is an entry there with a little green icon. Click on it then at the bottom there is a place to download label. I never use my email. Poshmark is the only one that can change your email.

luvevrytingfab @1sarabi 😀 definitely was all over the place. We drove specifically there to find a home. Haha & could never locate the house/address itself. So instead of a blank trip we drove to Biloxi. I think we ended up at a dollar general asking around.

1sarabi @rkbridge Oh no!! I sent them out immediately and track my packages daily. I’m so sorry this happened. Don’t worry though, Poshmark will take care of you. You need to submit a support request and include the order number. They will most likely have you open a claim w the USPS. I’m not exactly positive though. I hate those are lost! Those are gorgeous Level 99s.

List new items frequently. Second, as your listings age, consider relisting. Pictures!! Pictures sell. Clean and bright. A mannequin form and light kit were very inexpensive and increased sales tremendously.

1sarabi @lamichellemy Don’t give up on poshmark. You really can get some great finds. In the future, if you receive something that isn’t right whether damaged by the post office or the seller didn’t accurately describe something, don’t “accept” in the app and give a rating. You need to open a case. It’s much easier to get them to approve a return that way. I really hate this happened to you but don’t give up.

I tried to reach out to USPS to try to figure out what's going on because the package stopped tracking on the 20th. The automated message said that the tracking number doesn't match my address.
