hinlororo Hello Hana. I see you gave me a 3 stars & said the D&G pants were way smaller than expected. I’m sorry that you weren’t satisfied but all measurements were provided in the listing. Anyone who purchased them would know the dimensions. So I’m confused. I work hard to provide excellent service and I’ve never received less than 5 stars from customers. It’s not fair to give a low rating for something that was clearly stated in the listing. Can you please reconsider your rating and update it?

I can outline the steps for you here :) If you’d like to go back and edit your rating: In the app, select the Account Tab (@username) at the bottom, or on the web, select your profile picture in the top-right corner. Go to My Purchases. Select the order. Select Edit Rating.
