@knitthatfit no they don’t. When you are making an offer as a seller usually the discounted shipping comes out of your earnings. It will show you what your earnings will be

@knitthatfit in the case of the offer I made to you, I offered you both items for $35 and Free shipping which comes out of my earnings. Otherwise I believe your shipping cost would have been an additional $12.99
