Thank you for your offer, but please note this Echo Scarf is NWT, Never Worn and In Excellent Condition. It was reduced from $19 to $9 so you have my best offer as I am losing $12 as it is after PoshMark takes $2.95 off for their fee. I hope you understand. Have a nice evening.

Hanna, I received your rating and comment which I will publicly address here. I am sorry for your experience regarding your claim. However, I have sold over 20+ products and have received strictly 5 star ratings from every buyer until yesterday. 1) I took photos of the item before shipment as I always do to ensure I’m able to dispute any issues regarding quality and 2) I live in a smoke free home. I can only assume this happened in transit

I read online just now about similar complaints from other posh ambassadors, and they all came to the conclusion that this may happen while the package is en route to the buyer - that apparently and allegedly some mail men do smoke in their delivery vehicle - not something I’m aware of, but that could have been the ONLY situation, as again I’ll reiterate, the ratings from all other buyers speaks volumes as no one else expressed such a situation. My apologies nonetheless

- Apparently is legal and something that’s quite prevalent, so, again, this was no fault of mine.

@hannaheishman thank you! I wrote to Poshmark about this, and they are looking into the matter. I just don’t want things out of my control to affect my sales / status as I put my effort into mailing items expeditiously and trying to satisfy all customers. If you can however at your own free will to reconsider the rating, I would truly appreciate this.
