lulusbestbuys Hannah- USPS picked up your package this morning, This was my first attempt to pack a down coat. I watched several “How to Fold Down Coats” videos, but none Included the trickiest part of packing it into a shipping box. I discovered down coats do not like to be packed. Regardless, I feel I did fairly well for my first try. Typically, I strive for my packing technique to appear professional. But be assured your Columbia OmniHeat is in pristine condition and securely wrapped. 🥳 Leslie

lulusbestbuys @hj_cameragirl Hannah- Thank you for replying to my concern. I always want my Buyers to be pleased with their purchase. Typically, I add the measurements to my listings. The exceptions are Brands or Labels whose merchandise sizing is consistently reliable with the manufacturer’s size charts. As a Seller, I prefer not to make a sale, than to ever disappoint a Buyer. I am so sorry this happened. Please help me to understand how I could have protected you from making this purchase? 🥺 Leslie

lulusbestbuys Hannah-Many not-fully-satisfied Buyers never submit Buyer Feedback, so I am grateful for yours. If not a bother, what should I have done differently to improve this Listing? I prefer my Buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchases, than to earn money from their sales. I still feel badly you were disappointed.
