trueloves_trove Hi Hannah! I wanted to touch base with you regarding the order you placed with me. Looks like the package was out for delivery on the 23rd but the post office said there was no secure location to leave it. The last notation I see on the tracking info says it's being scheduled for redelivery. Not sure if you can reach out to your local office and try to orchestrate delivery but I wanted you to receive your goodies!!! Let me know if I can do anything on my end! :-)

I’ve never had this happen before and I’m not quite sure what the protocol is but maybe call UPS and see if they can have the address changed for you? If there is anything I can do on my end or something you would like me to do, please let me know!

hannaholer @linealynn95 oh that’s okay!! I was going to spend some time next week with a friend and was going to get them shipped there but the boots were still shipped to a correct address! Turns out they will be in before I leave to go up there so it works out. Thank you for checking in on it!!

Tonight I'll wrap the items up really good in one solid box, nice and pretty for you. These are super comfy to wear. Once tracking begins I'll follow your package to make sure it gets to your house.
