qutie26 Hi bananawade im sorry to hear that about the flat irons they were in good working condition before shipped. Question are you using an extension cord when plugging in? I have found that some outlets for some reason trigger the flat irons to shut off when up to a certain temp. Please let me know so we could fix the problem. Thanks
