humblethread @twinmomma87 Hi! I’m sorry if we had a misunderstanding. There are sales sponsored by Poshmark that when the seller lowers a price (“price drop”) by at least 10%, it activates a shipping discount (it lowers shipping by $2) It needs to be done before the buyer purchases the item. That’s what I trying to say to you, is to let me lower the price before you purchase. Since you made the purchase before the “drop” it doesn’t activate the discounted shipping.

humblethread @twinmomma87 I’m so sorry if there was a misunderstanding. Unfortunately sellers on Poshmark are unable adjust prices or give partial refunds after the purchase is made.

twinmomma87 @humblethread probably should have mentioned that instead of sending by me counter offer for the price drop amount, making me think I was getting at price and shipping you had offered. Very disappointed in this.

humblethread @twinmomma87 Hi! I’m so sorry! I looked into it and because it hasn’t shipped yet I can reverse the transaction from my end. What I’ll do is cancel the transaction so you can get a full refund. If you’d still like the jeans, I can relist them and I will lower the price even more for you to make up for my error. I’m sorry for any confusion. If you just want the refund and not to re-purchase I understand.
