The grey sweater u purchased in the bundle had a tiny hole that I didn't know about is there something else u would like instead or do u want me to cancel and re bundle I am so sorry didn't want to send with hole it can be fixed so not noticeable I will but it in there anyway for u if u like with something else if you would like to pick something else out

@hkm1986 I've never had this happen. You shouldn't have to do anything. Let me see what I can learn from USPS tomorrow. I was thinking of a package I mailed quickly that could have broken open but your coat was in a PO box so should not have had issue. If they were overwhelmed, it should have arrived today. Just don't get it. So sorry. Poshmark may also be able to help. Will let u know what I learn. 🌷

@hkm1986 I was hoping to get through to Wylie TX PO but that was naive of me. I have signed up for tracking alerts. I tried calling and wait times are hour plus and the message said they would have same information as tracking. Hopefully, a couple post people get back to delivering soon and the package starts moving again! Will let you know what I receive an alert. 🌷

@hkm1986 Just added image of shipping detail on my page titled - Shipping note regarding late coat. It hasn't moved! I have shipped numerous packages this month and they all seemed to arrive in 2-3 days. Got response from posh that they have process in place if package hasn't arrived by Jan 1. So sorry!
