birdyblue16 Hi Hannah! I shipped your Vans shorts the day after you ordered along with 4 other packages. All 4 of the others arrived Thurs. I'm not sure what the hold up is, did you get an email with the tracking number? If not, I can send it to you.

birdyblue16 @hyelman15 poshmark does the shipping, not me. They charge you my price of $12 & $6.49 for shipping. They email me a shipping label & take 20% commission.

birdyblue16 @hyelman15 you need to read the poshmark guidelines. If you were charged $20 for shipping, it's bc it's a PO BOX. I have zero to do with shipping charges.

hyelman15 I emailed Poshmark. The item was placed in the wrong packaging, so I was charged an additional $19.25 for the incorrect packaging that it was placed in.

birdyblue16 @hyelman15 it was placed in an envelope that goes with PM guidelines & I've used over 100 times with no problem.

hyelman15 I'll get the refund. The PO Box has nothing to do with it. It was the fact that you put a Priority mail label onto a priority mail express package, so I had to pay the difference for the express. I've opened a case so it's just in PM's hands now. Just keep an eye on the packaging you're using, for future reference.
