jennilynng I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the packaging - I don’t have access to replenish my shipping items right now with everything going on and used a recycled box on hand. I always wrap the items before shipment, but perhaps they shifted in transit. But, have been trying to stretch the tissue paper / packing paper since it’s not easy to get right now. The shoes were worn just a handful of times - hope you enjoy them!
