kristen101v The shorts have never been worn or washed. I would never ever so setting like that. The worn look is how they are. I posted pictures of them showing how they look. If you feel upset then you need to contact Oshmark back, but please don't claim that I mislead you.

kristen101v You left a comment and rating on my closet about the 2 pairs of shorts u purchased. The shorts are brand new and have never been worn. The shorts have a somewhat faded look, but that is how they came. You can tell the pants have never been waste by how hard thr tags still are. To claim that I mislead you is wrong.S orry you bought something you are not happy with, but I would never deceive anyone to make a few bucks. Please, send them back. Thank you.

kristen101v I'm so confused why you accepted a purchase you claim was misleading? I will send your money back, but in no way did I misrepresent an item. I pride myself on sending out items that are labeled and pictured properly. I very much think it's wrong to post horrible language on someone's page because you bought items you're not happy with. Both items are BRAND NEW, never worm, and never washed. I did have to iron them because they've been in a box for a bit.

hannahhoss1 @kristen101v I am very sorry if my comment sounded harsh but I was upset about the condition of the items when I opened the package. I already own 3 pairs of these and bought them brand new from the store. I have worn and washed them multiple times and I had to put my new purchase and my old pairs side to side and they look identical as far as condition. Faded lines, washed, shrunk inside pockets, etc even the tags on my old pairs look new.

kristen101v @hhosseini99 I'm very upset because I have no reason to deceive anyone for a few bucks. Those shorts are over 10 years old. I 100% stand by my word and have no issues personally returning the money out of my pocket. I've sold 2 other pairs and not one issue from other buyers. This just makes no sense to me and feels very upsetting. You 100% could've made your claim to Posmark telling them what you told me with your comment to get your money back. Makes no sense at all!!
