vrburns2424 I recently bought a sweater from you and I specifically asked if the back of the sweater came down in the back to a normal length. I received the sweater and it DOES NOT come down in the back it rises up in the back and looks RIDICULOUS!! I want to return this and get my money back PLUS THE SHIPPING I PAID.

proverbs31_18 @vrburns2424 I’m afraid individual sellers aren’t allowed to approve returns. You have to open a case through Poshmark in order to be issued a refund. I’m sorry you didn’t like the sweater! It came all the way down the back on me, but everyone is built differently so fit is subjective.

vrburns2424 @proverbs31_18 Thank you getting back to me. I'm sorry if I came across gruff! I've had a bad day but I shouldn't have taken it out on you. Let me try it on again. I wouldn't even know how to open a dispute with Poshmark. I just had another item sent & the measurements "were" listed but when I got it I couldn't even get it pass my chest area. I then measured myself and it actually was 2 inches smaller across the chest than what was listed on the item. I'm not a big woman.
