haromen @messtodress Poshmark instructed me to mark what I received as the Wrong item. The message I left to them was that I’m willing to send this item to the correct buyer. Have you sent out the hat yet?

haromen @messtodress Poshmark is trying to protect both of us. They don’t know that I am trustworthy. So they wouldn’t want me to send the penguin to your other customer. They also want to make sure I get my money back. So to protect both of us, I have to send the package to you. Once you receive it, I’ll get my money back. At the same time, you can make sure the penguin is sent to the buyer in the fashion that you’d like. ❤️

messtodress @haromen thanks ... I did look at the Facebook group and many people posted about posh sending labels to each buyer to ship to the correct buyer ... so I’m confused why they didn’t do that this time. But I agree, we should do it however they say to do it , it’s safer that way. Thanks for letting me know. I can’t believe that I mixed up the labels 🤦🏻‍♀️

messtodress @haromen it’s frustrating bc other sellers have said that they just issue new labels and they made it sound so simple ... I made a new listing and shared it to your closet. As soon as you re-purchase, I’ll be sure to put the correct label on it so you will get it quickly! 🤦🏻‍♀️
