ashbrownis I’m new to Poshmark, well about 3 weeks now. I’m trying SO hard to get to become an ambassador. Are the live feeds a requirement? I see that you are looking on your laptop, what are you looking at in front of you? What all do I need in order to do a live feed & all of this? I’m doing everything on my phone right now. Do I need a laptop, what else? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

hingutti19 @ashbrownis so the lives are kinda tricky. there's a waitlist so once you become a posh ambassador, you'll get emails about all the opportunities to get into live shows. like i joined a zoom call one day for about 30 minutes, and the day after i became able to host live shows! my phone is in front of me and i have a ring light stand.

hingutti19 @ashbrownis i genuinely recommend having a 2nd device, it doesn't need to be a laptop, maybe an ipad or another phone. But that's the only way you'll be able to pick what item gets listed. To become a posh ambassador, they give you the requirements when you go into posh stats. Let me know if you have any other questions!

hingutti19 @ashbrownis so those are shares, and once you become a live show host, you can start sharing other items from other closets. it's a great way to become friends and get their follows to look at your closet as well!

hingutti19 @ashbrownis i use a closet rack to hang stuff on, and i have a bin of older stuff as well. My mailing items are held in a bucket, i have polymailers and thank you stickers. I always say to keep your polymailers and the stuff you ship items out in to be fun bc that's mainly what the buyers look at!

hingutti19 @ashbrownis so bundling is when someone likes multiple items from the closet, you can start a bundle for them. and then send out an offer and sometimes i just lower my items in my closet by $5 and it sends a message out to other who've liked the item. No i don't mind at all, i wish i had someone telling me stuff when i first started. i learned this all on my own! :)

ashbrownis @hingutti19 what do you mean to have so the poshers can see because they look at it. Poly what? I have really cute bubble wrap envelopes, thank you note, tissue paper and stickers. I have an office FULL of stuff everywhere! I need to get organized! This was one of my husbands offices so I need to girl it up

hingutti19 @ashbrownis so when you start hosting live shows, you can share other people's items from their closest. So they'll tell their followers about your live show and then they can start looking at your closet, which is brining more exposure to your items!

ashbrownis @hingutti19 you’re meaning cute 12 x 16 or whatever measurement, bubble wrap type stuff on/in it but it’s to put items in to be mailed. Am I right? I have teal/white w/gold polka dots, thank you on 1 side & the other a spot for the label to go.Is that rgt?

ashbrownis 🤞🏻I can make it look great! I know Hobby Lobby has some stuff that I can hang on the walls. I have tons of shelves in wood but my husband uses those for his blueprints but he hasn’t done that lately so maybe I can have them! Thank you for your help!
