summerj2023 Hi this is summer I ordered some flip flops from you but I got an armadillo? Lol I know this sounds crazy but when I saw it said I received my order I was like no, that’s not flip flops lol. What do you want me to do?

I must have gotten two of the labels mixed up! 🙈 I did this one other time and if I remember correctly, Poshmark will send each of you the label to mail the correct item to the correct person if that makes sense. There should be an option to request help from Poshmark? I'll reach out to the buyer of the armadillo and let her know too. Let me know if you aren't able to figure it out and I'll see what I can do! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!

summerj2023 Hi there I just wanted to touch base and let you know that Poshmark responded and said it was under review and they will be in touch. I will take the package with me in the morning when I leave for work and once I’m off work if they have already sent the QR code I’ll get it shipped and will let you know. I hope you are not upset. I just got so tickled when I realized it was an armadillo lol. I hope you are having a good night and I’ll be in touch tomorrow with info as soon as I get it. :)

I reached out to the buyer of the armadillo but the flip flops haven't made it to her yet. I would think as soon as they do that Poshmark will be able to get it resolved.
