almadanbaby @hannahdealynn hi there I am waking up to this approved case about the Sergio shoes. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. As I just mentioned in my customer support , I was not aware of the claims you mentioned. I bought these second hand several years ago and the never fit me. I’m glad you were able to compare with your current pair. I would never be dishonest about any item I have in my closet. Once again, my apologies! ThankS.

hannahdealynn @almadanbaby Hi thank you - I definitely didn’t think it was intentional, and I don’t think I would have noticed anything odd without a current pair of the same size (that I bought directly with the dust bag and everything). The sizing being so far off it made me suspicious, so I started looking at the labels in each shoe and found the spacing was different as was the bottom of the shoes. I sent the comparisons to Poshmark and told them based on my current pair I was concerned it wasn’t auth.

hannahdealynn @almadanbaby In fact, I don’t even know Poshmark’s final consensus on why the granted the return - they didn’t tell whether it was size or the brand speculation. There was no back and forth, just a message that a return was approved after I sent the message.
