theopenarmoire @zabava1922 good morning! I am not sure. When I click on your name, it goes straight to your available listings. You have a beautiful closet btw ☺️ When you are on your app, the bottom on the bottom left takes you to your options and then you click “my closet”. Is that what you’re looking for?

zabava1922 @theopenarmoire Sorry to take your time :) When i click on my closet in the app, I see my photo and the button “see all my listings”. I want to avoid that step and see the listings right away. No button.

theopenarmoire @zabava1922 hm that is strange I have never had that issue before. Make sure on markets you have selected “all” And on the closet filter button it is marked “all available listings”. Maybe that will sort it out? Aside from that I am not sure what would be causing that. If those don’t fix the problems maybe posh support can help but that are pretty slow in responding.

tpk95 Hi Hannah! I’m Tobi & we just connected together!🥰! May I ask you a question? I just officially made Poshmark Ambassador status. Does Poshmark change my ‘header’ to read that I’m now an Ambassador? Or do I have to do this myself? And if so, how does one do this? I’m so new to selling and this is all new to me. I appreciate any advice you can offer! Thank you so very much!!💕💝💕

theopenarmoire @tpk95 hello! Happy to help ☺️ If you want your header/name to state ambassador like mine you just update your name and add it in there. Go to your settings and where your name heading is listed you would add ambassador. When I became ambassador it took posh 3-4 days to send me the official email stating I was an ambassador and for my profile “my posh stats” to change over. That all happens naturally though. Hope this info is what you were looking for and helped!
