hanedlin @rhayles15 I have a question, if you don’t mind! I received a one star review because a shipment that said was delivered on Poshmarks app, was sent within a day of purchase. I triple checked labels and have had three happy buyers with five star reviews. What does a seller do in these situations? The payment went through because every verification on the app says it was delivered. But I feel terrible for the buyer!

rhayles15 @hanedlin poshmark covers both parties in that situation. You or the buyer needs to reach out to their customer service and they’ll take care of it. Make sure to take screenshots of the package showing it as delivered. They’ll reimburse the both of you.
