what_women_need hey there I was just wondering what wrong with the VS Capri pants your purchased from my closet. it just says 2 stars and the complaint was item description. was there something wrong with them that I didn't see. I literally only washed them once when I bought them and never wore them. I had them priced so low bc the weren't completely new since they were washed once

what_women_need @hannahorick that's why I said they had been washed one time. I'm sorry I didn't think they were faded bc I haven't pulled them out of my closet since I washed them a long time ago. I apologize, I'm guessing when I washed them it must have pulled some color out of them, but I washed them in cold water on delicate bc of the rhinestones and that usually prevents fading.

what_women_need @hannahorick im so sorry you weren't happy with them. I never try to hide anything on any of my items that's why half of my sales are to repeat buyers. once again I'm really sorry and if you want to return them that is totally fine I only made $2 off of them. so if your not happy with them feel free to return them or open a PM claim. I was just a little shocked bc I have never gotten under a 4 star rating before that's why I reached out

what_women_need @hannahorick no its okay, keep them like I said it's only a $2 profit on my end so if you have use for them it's another easier then tying to return something after ita already been accepted. I have done it before and it was a 3 week process and not worth the time and frustration. I bought them for wearing around the house or running up to the store. they must not have been dark black when I got them by I find it hard to believe they would fade that much in cold water

what_women_need @hannahorick thats the one bad thing about this app, the pictures don't come out all that good and I have a Samsung galaxy S10 plus which is probably one of the best cameras on the market currently. I mean it has 4 cameras on the back lol. but I have noticed when it comes to showing true color of an item, I usually have to describe the color bc the pics don't do the item justice. I don't have much to complain about PM but that is my #1
