kelleyjwilliams @hnnhbkr hi Hannah! I have no idea why your package has not made it yet. I mailed it off over a week ago! Last Saturday morning. If it doesn’t move today (I’m checking the tracking) I’m going to contact Poshmark and the post office. I’m so sorry it’s taken this long!!

kelleyjwilliams @hnnhbkr the tracking hasn’t changed since the 17th. Ugh! I’m sorry Hannah. Did my best to get the package out quickly and the post office has clearly done something wrong. Going to notify Poshmark now.

kelleyjwilliams @hnnhbkr good morning! I contacted Poshmark. We will have to wait until the 25th before they step in and help assist. I guess they want to give the package a little more time to arrive. At that point, they will help to figure out what is going on. I myself will try to call the post office. The post office has terrible customer service but I will try!!!

kelleyjwilliams @hnnhbkr hi Hannah! Looks like the package is lost in transit. USPS is so unreliable (and unresponsive) at times. 😩 but Poshmark should have corrected it by adjusting your account. I’m sorry you didn’t get your items. I added in an additional scarf and a Chanel gold foil art print I purchased on Etsy. 😔
