nikolasposh Hi Hannah! The tracking on the Chaco shoes shows they arrived I. McCall on Friday morning Aug 23 at 8:27am and were “available for pickup” but then shows they are on their way to the “next facility”. I don’t know what that means! I hope the shoes get to you on Monday!

nikolasposh I also live in a smaller town 4 hours south of Salt Lake City and we often have weird things happen with our mail. Sorry you didn’t receive the shoes yesterday. I’ll monitor the shipment tomorrow. Have a good weekend!
