hannaheve @happymrs hello! Sorry I did not respond until now, this was my first purchase and I didn't know where to find these messages. I'm a little concerned because I was just wearing the shoes and found that theyre both torn from the sole more than an inch in the mid-section of the shoe. It's definitely more than a snag. I'm disappointed, only because it says they were in excellent condition and in fact they're both structurally damaged.

hannaheve Hi, thanks for your quick response! It appears that the button to report the order no longer works, only the button to change the rating is functioning. I guess this is a learning experience for me about this program. I do wish you had been more aware of the quality of the shoes when you posted them!
