Hi there. Can you PLEASE explain to posh that you shipped both items together. Bc they show the backpack as NEVER being shipped. Therefore how can POSH send me refund shipping label to ship the backpack to you & my refund to me, if they think the item was never received?
They certainly are not going to pay you for it either, because it's showing that it hasn't been shipped out yet. Thank you
