I am in the process of moving house and in the move I somehow misplaced the wig I was looking every day trying to find it and unfortunately I could not. I'm very very sorry for the inconvenience. if there are any other wigs on my site that you would like to purchase I will offer them to you half price to apologize for the difficulty.

Here is the tracking number for the gold silky dress: Tracking Number:9405511202061403094349 The item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:51 pm on December 26, 2020 in SANTA BARBARA, CA 93108. mamasumak @hannahmermaid1 was there insurance so I can file a claim? I’ve never had any issues with mail but did not receive either package. Bummer. Can you verify the address that was part of the tracking? I didn’t see it on website as it just read delivered. Thanks for your help. Kristi

The best thing to do is to use this info to contact Poshmark claims directly, as I just printed out the forms they sent me with your address & postal info.
