crisrides1 Hannah, I just picked up the brown Blundstone Boots. I gave you a rating ahead of picking up. The backs of the boots are opening on the heals. Not sure what to do. Please advice . I will wait to amend rating.

hannahrichar999 @crisrides1 I have reached out to Poshmark support for advice on how to proceed. If I had noticed an issue with the heels, I would have reported a problem with the official purchase. I definitely wouldn't have resold them. I'm sorry about this. It's disappointing. I hope that we can figure out a solution.
