hannahrose1021 @hsboehle how do I get refund on an order that has not been shipped yet? After purchasing I was told there are bleach stains on the item which is not in the pictures of the item so I no longer want the item

hsboehle @hannahrose1021 Looks like you’ve got it figured out. If it’s less than two hours after the purchase, you are able to cancel it yourself, otherwise you’ll have to ask the seller to cancel. Once they cancel you’ll get your refund very quickly.
