harmonyyy_13 @jshopmycloset hi!! Thanks for the welcome. Sorry I'm barely getting to this, still trying to figure it all out. TBH I'm still a little confused about the bundling. When someone adds an it of mine to a bundle it says submit an offer to make a sale, how is that done? && Do I add items to the bundle? Not very sure how this works. Any help is greatly appreciated :) thanks!

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 hi there! Is your question about someone adding items from your closet to their bundle? Or you as a buyer adding items you like in the bundle?

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 so when someone adds something they like and they put them in the bundle, usually more than one item. It depends if that buyer is still shopping around in your closet or they are done browsing and just waiting for you to submit a bundle discount offer for them.

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 What you could do, is go to your " My Bundle" click "Sell" then you will see those buyers who had bundle items in your closet. Message them and let them know you are sending a bundle discount for them. Click " Offer " and submit your discount to the buyer

harmonyyy_13 @jshopmycloset hi! Yes I was asking about bundles as a seller. They added one item to a bundle. So in this case I would offer a discount but not offer another item to include in the bundle, is that correct?

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 if only one item. Just leave it alone. They must still be shopping around in your closet and maybe will come back in the few days. What i do all the time is message them directly in the bundle. Ask them if they need any help in finding your items in the closet. Let them know how much they're saving and if you offer discounted or free shipping

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 a bundle is a great tool for private message between you and the buyer. You could talk to them how much you're offering. When they respond and agreed on the price that you want, you then can go ahead be ready to submit a bundle discount offer

jshopmycloset @harmonyyy_13 go to " My bundle" click " Sell" then you'll see whose buyer had a bundle from you. Click " View Bundle". In the bottom, click " Offer" then put the amount you're offering and shipping discount if you like, or click none then click " Next" then submit offer
