heathersworld Hi Harper... I sent out your packages... But I put the wrong shipping labels in each one... Or should I say I got the ring wrapped prior to having to leave for a Dr. Appt. Thus my niece who is visiting tried to finish up for me.. Only reason I know this is because I saw that only one was tracking.. One was not picked up ..it was accidentally left in my mailbox..It's going out first thing.. Sorry

imalilcupcake Glad you received the watch. I'm sorry to hear it was smaller than expected but relieved it still fits! I'm disheartened by the low rating though. I strive to maintain my 5 star rating by shipping same/next day, packaging very well for safe delivery & hand writing every thank you note myself. Was there something in my control I could've done better? I'm always wanting to improve, so pls let me know how I could have made this experience 5 stars for you. Thanks again!
