hrbarnes @mgranillo hello, one quick question. I posted some items yesterday and have some interested in the items. They want to pay for the items via certified check and is asking for my address. Is this ok?

mgranillo @hrbarnes No. I never give out my address unless I'm Shipping or buying an item. Why are they using an online shopping app if they can only pay by check? Let them know that you do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Besides, how do you know that the check is not stolen or won't come back as an bounced check? That actually scares me that someone is asking that. 😵

hrbarnes @mgranillo Thank you! So with Poshmark, they pay you through the site and you use the money to purchase items through Poshmark? Or one the funds hit, can you transfer them to a personal bank account?

mgranillo @hrbarnes once the buyer rates you or if they don't rate you, you must wait 3 business days after delivery for Poshmark to release your funds. Once you have your money, you can transfer to your bank (typically takes 2-3 days for transfer) or you can use your balance to buy items from other sellers. :)
