marbella2124 @qkagirl0367 Thank you for your warm welcome. This is ny first time joining Poshmark and first time selling as well. I have few questions for you. 1. What do I do if someone buys my item. Do I delete it from my listing or mark it sold. And how do I do that? 2. How do I get the shipping label? I apologize for this questions. Thank you

qkagirl0367 @marbella2124 when someone buys an item Poshmark marks it sold for you. You can get the shipping label two ways. 1. Poshmark emails you the label & you can print it from there. 2. Go into the sold item & download the label from there. Make sure you wait 3 hours before you mail it that is how long the buyer has to changed her mind. If you ship it and they cancel you have no recourse. Don’t hesitate to ask me anything about PM.

qkagirl0367 @marbella2124 I didn’t answer everything. Oops. Do not delete sold items. You can delete items you decide to keep or sell elsewhere but don’t delete sold. Make sure you share your closet and after a day or two stop sharing the sold items. 💕
