katieryane @hbwalter Hey! I accidentally sent you the wrong package. On your order can you report a problem " the wrong item received" to start the return process. I will send you your bundled items as soon as I receive them back. I ended up swapping the labels. I hope you have it resolved in the most timely fashion, but if you could report the problem so the Posh team can help get the return started that would be wonderful. I am again so sorry about the mix-up and delaying your items.

katieryane @hbwalter to report the sale all you have to do is go to your “purchase” tab and click on the sale. There is a drop down menu that gives you options to report the sale. “Wrong items received” is the option. The posh team will be alerted and they will have to approve it and send you a return label. Thanks again! You’re awesome.
